Your profile already exists
Guide.md is built from the NPI registry and CMS public data, refreshed weekly, for every provider in the United States. Search your name and you will find a record: specialty, practice address, Medicare billing patterns, hospital affiliations. Claiming it lets you correct it and add what the registry never knew: your biography, photo, conditions and procedures, locations, languages, insurance, telehealth, FAQs, and the listings you opt into.

Not the provider?
Agencies and practice staff: claim on the provider's behalf, they approve from an email and confirm their own name, and every account an agency brings earns 20% for 24 months through the referral program.

Is my information already on Guide.md?
If you have an NPI, yes: the public registry record, with the practice address and specialty it holds. Claiming lets you correct and complete it.
Does claiming cost anything?
No. Claiming is free for everyone: a practice or institutional address makes it yours in a minute, and any other address is reviewed by hand within a few days. There is no identity check and nothing to pay.
Can I remove my profile?
Registry records are public data; a claimed profile can be released back to registry-only at any time from your account page.
