Next step, from your account page: take the profile over under your own account, or send the provider an approval by email. They open it, type their own name as it appears on the record and confirm they are giving you access — about thirty seconds. They stay the owner; you get a manager seat. No identity check is involved, for you or for them.
Use your practice or institutional email if you have one. It confirms you at once; a personal address means a quick look from us first.
