Providers who accept personal-injury patients on a medical lien — treatment now, payment from the settlement — for attorneys and their clients. 1 listed nationwide, verified first.

A medical lien lets a patient who was injured through someone else's fault get treatment now and pay the provider from the settlement or verdict later. The provider files a lien against the claim; the attorney pays the bill when the case resolves. It is common in motor-vehicle, slip-and-fall and other personal-injury cases where the patient has no health insurance or does not want to use it.
Personal-injury attorneys and case managers looking for a doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, pain specialist, orthopedist or imaging center that will see a client on a lien, and injured people who have been told to find one.
A provider claims their Guide.md profile, passes an identity check, and states on the profile that they treat on lien. The listing is not sold by territory and no provider is excluded to protect another. Attorneys contact the office directly; Guide.md takes no referral fee.
