For agencies

Add a recurring revenue line to every physician client you already manage

Claim and manage provider profiles for all your clients from one login, and earn 20% of everything those accounts pay Guide.md, monthly, for 24 months. No new workflow per doctor. No directory to build from scratch. Your clients are already in here.

What 20% actually looks like

Clients on Premium ($49 a month)Your monthly shareOver 24 months
10$98$2,352
25$245$5,880
50$490$11,760

Paid monthly to your PayPal once your balance reaches $50, from the invoices those accounts actually pay. Pro accounts count at $20 a month; add-ons count too. Your referral link works for anyone else.

How it works

  1. Search your first client on the claim page and choose "I'm claiming on behalf of this provider"; that creates your agency account (organization, website, role) in the same step.
  2. Find the client by name or NPI on your account page and enter the address they read.
  3. They get one email and click Approve. That opens one short page where they type their name as it appears on the record and tick two boxes: that the address is theirs, and that they are giving you access. No password to invent, no document to upload. The profile is claimed to them and you hold a manager seat.
  4. You edit the profile, switch on listings (accepting new patients, telehealth, expert witness, treats on lien, industry consultant, appointment requests) and pay for their plan from your own card. Each plan belongs to its own profile.

Give clients something tangible

You're not selling another vague SEO package. You're improving a public provider profile with conditions, procedures, FAQs, locations, media and structured professional information that Google and AI assistants can read, plus listing pages attorneys, companies and patients search by name, plus a monthly report of who looked.

We can't promise what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google will say about a client. Nobody outside those companies can. We can make the client's professional information easier for machines to find and understand, and show you the views.

Earn while you manage

Every provider you bring in through an approval is a referral, automatically: 20% of everything their account pays Guide.md, plans and add-ons, monthly and yearly, for 24 months, as long as the account stays active. Program terms.

Practice staff and office managers

Same tools, a different deal: no commission on your own providers, and 20% off each additional provider you pay for, for the life of the plan. Pick "Practice staff or office manager" when you create the account.

What your clients get

  • A verified profile with schema.org Physician or MedicalOrganization data, services, conditions and procedures.
  • Badges with their own listing pages by state and city: accepting new patients, telehealth, expert witness ($29), treats on lien ($49), industry consultant (Pro), appointment requests (Pro).
  • An appointment-request form that emails their office, with every request logged.
  • A monthly report: views, AI-crawler reads, positions on their specialty and city pages.
  • Plans from $0. Pro $20 a month, Premium $49 a month; yearly two months free.

Questions

Does the provider have to do anything?

One click on the approval email, then one short page: their name as it appears on the record, and two boxes confirming the address is theirs and that they are giving you access. About thirty seconds, no password, no document. Their name, email address, IP address and the time are recorded and kept, which is what makes the confirmation worth something if ownership is ever questioned. No identity check is involved, and none is needed later.

Can the provider take the profile back?

Yes, at any time: they remove your seat from their account page, or take the profile back themselves — from a work address by confirming their name, otherwise by asking us to review it. Seats are never a way to hold a profile hostage, and every seat is visible to the provider and to Guide.md.

Who pays?

Either. You can pay for a client's plan from your card; the plan lands on their profile and the invoice on your Stripe customer. Or the client pays from their own account.

How is the commission tracked?

From Stripe invoices as they are paid, each once, visible on your account page under Referrals. Payouts are monthly by PayPal.
